On your big day, Todd, our lead shooter, nails the must-have moments and everything in-between, while I (Angela) keeps everything flowing—managing the photography timeline, perfecting details, and capturing essential second angles during your ceremony, first dances, and grand entrances. Together, we’re your seamless photography team throughout the entire day!

Step 1: Consultation and Booking
Once we’ve had a chance to learn more about your vision, priorities, and coverage needs during our call, we’ll send over our booking brochure so you can officially secure your date with us.
After your booking is finalized, you’ll receive our Wedding Timeline & Planning Guide to help us start mapping out your photography timeline.
You’ll also gain access to your client portal, where you can review all correspondence, download important documents, access receipts, and more. It’s a super helpful tool, and we’re excited to offer it to our clients!
Once you’re officially in our CRM system, we’ll get to work! As soon as you submit the planning guide, we’ll begin crafting the first half of your photography timeline—covering bridal prep, groom prep, the ceremony, and family portraits. We’ll go over the importance of this process in more detail during our call.
Step 2: Preparing Your Photography Timeline
When it comes to weddings, there’s no such thing as being over-prepared! That’s why we love being involved early in your planning process. A well-structured photography timeline ensures your vision is beautifully captured while keeping the day stress-free and flowing seamlessly.
Our goal is to balance efficiency with flexibility, allowing time for those spontaneous, magical moments while ensuring we stay on track.

In the months leading up to your wedding, we’ll use the details from our timeline and planning questionnaire to create a well-thought-out photography schedule. This includes:
- Bridal prep coverage – Capturing those heartfelt moments as you get ready
- Groom prep (if applicable) – Documenting pre-ceremony details and candid moments
- First look (if desired) – A private moment before the ceremony to ease nerves and create stunning portraits
- Ceremony details & vows – Ensuring all key moments are beautifully documented
- Family formal portraits – Organizing groupings for a smooth and efficient experience
- Bridal party & couple’s portraits – Setting aside dedicated time for creative, intimate, and editorial-style images
- Reception formalities – Capturing entrances, first dances, toasts, cake cutting, and special moments throughout the evening
Collaboration with Your Planner
We work closely with your wedding planner to finalize the remainder of your timeline, ensuring a seamless transition from ceremony to reception. This allows for precise coordination, ensuring we have the necessary time to fine-tune lighting and capture important moments like first dances, speeches, and cake cutting.
The Importance of Timing & Lighting
Lighting plays a crucial role in wedding photography, and we’ll guide you in planning the best timing for portraits, particularly around golden hour—the dreamiest time of day for soft, romantic light.

All of our wedding packages include a Savannah engagement session, and we couldn’t be more excited to capture this special time in your journey together! Engagement sessions are the perfect way for us to connect, become comfortable working together, and allow you to experience our photography style firsthand—so that on your wedding day, everything feels natural and effortless.

When you’re ready to schedule, once you reach and let us know your availability, you’ll receive our Engagement Session Brochure, which will guide you through the entire process from start to finish. Inside, you’ll find:

A Meaningful Experience
Your engagement session isn’t just about taking photos—it’s about celebrating your love in an intimate, stress-free setting. It’s also the perfect opportunity for us all to work together before your big day! Your engagement photos will be perfect for creating save-the-dates, wedding websites, or even prints to display on your big day!
Step 4: Your BIG Day has Arrived!
The moment you’ve been waiting for has finally arrived! With all of your planning and preparation complete, it’s time to relax, soak in the joy, and make unforgettable memories. Our job is to document every moment authentically, allowing you to fully enjoy your day without worry.
Our Arrival & Pre-Ceremony Prep
We’ll arrive about 30 minutes before our scheduled start time to get settled, meet your family and bridal party, and touch base with your planner (if available).
This extra time allows us to:
- Scout locations & check lighting – Ensuring we have the best setups for every key moment.
- Capture detail shots – Start gathering all of your details (dress, rings, florals, invitations, and sentimental items).
- Get to know your VIPs – Meeting your closest family members and wedding party for a more personal experience.
- Sync with vendors – Communicating with your planner, makeup artist, hairstylist, and coordinator for smooth transitions
The Flow of Your Wedding Day
From this moment on, you can trust that we have everything covered. Whether it’s capturing the quiet anticipation before you walk down the aisle, the emotional exchange of vows, or the high-energy celebration on the dance floor, we’ll be there to document it all.
Our approach is a balance of guided moments and candid storytelling, ensuring you receive timeless portraits while also allowing space for genuine, unscripted emotions. Throughout the day, we’ll be checking in to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and completely present in the moment!
Step 5: GalleryDelivery
We’ll send you a few sneak peek photos within a few days of your wedding to get you excited, then your full wedding gallery will be beautifully curated and delivered within 8-14 weeks. We take great care in hand-editing each image to ensure the highest quality control. You can download and print them yourself, or we can design and create an heirloom-quality photo album for you.
Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through the photos together and relive the joy of that day all over again!

Once your private online gallery is ready, you’ll have full access to:
